Guil is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who works with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. He is known for a structured, evidence-based approach that helps people understand what’s maintaining the problem, build practical skills, and make meaningful progress, without losing sight of the person behind the symptoms. His particular area of expertise is eating disorders and treatment resistance, alongside broader work with mood, anxiety, trauma, and life-stage challenges. He collaborates closely with GPs and other treating professionals when helpful, to support coordinated care.
