We welcome walk in patients
At Baldivis Family Medical Centre, we aim to promote improved health outcomes for babies, young children and teens. We do this by promoting childhood immunisations, regular developmental checks, targeted prevention and early identification of problems. In addition we liaise with Community health workers, teachers and specialists and have full knowledge of appropriate local community referral services.

We have a range of experienced doctors who will provide you with personal care, whatever your medical concern. At every visit, we ensure that you’re seen promptly and that time is taken to correctly diagnose your condition before we agree on the best course of action.
